We were referred to Tim and Gail Flowers at Daughter for Hire by dear friends that know Tim and Gail well but had no firsthand experience with their company. Our friends based their referral on knowing that Tim and Gail care deeply about the people they serve and have the best of character and integrity.
We are extremely pleased with our interactions with Tim and Gail. Their orientation meeting with us was very helpful and productive. They were thoughtful in the questions they asked and worked hard to understand the situation and how they could best be of help. Then they assigned a person they thought would be a good fit.
Andrea, the caregiver Tim and Gail assigned to help our 90+ year old loved ones, has been a Godsend. She is very proactive in finding ways to be helpful and encouraging. At present, she helps Mother primarily but also supports Mother’s efforts to visit and help Father, who has recently moved to memory care. Their relationship has quickly built in a very positive way such that a few weeks after she started, Mother introduced Andrea to acquaintances as her friend and Andrea saw that as a wonderful compliment.
